Sarah is a passionate and dedicated Myofunctional Therapist with a deep understanding of how proper oral posture can transform health. A native of The Woodlands, Texas, she is thrilled to bring her specialized expertise back to her hometown. After completing her undergraduate and dental hygiene programs at Texas Woman's University, Sarah built a strong foundation for her specialized practice.

Sarah works with both children and adults to correct oral posture, focusing on the critical relationship between tongue position, nasal breathing, and overall well-being. Her targeted exercises and techniques are designed to help clients realize their full health potential by addressing issues that can contribute to TMJ pain, sleep-disordered breathing, and imbalanced facial development. Sarah’s mission is to empower her clients to achieve lasting oral and physical health.
